Clínica

Hay obstruccion lo que genera obstruccion en tramo proximal dando presion intraluminal donde se prende el mecanismo compensador y hay dilatacion del tubulo por lo que hay una peristalsis inefectiva, generand disminucion de FG aumento de la presion intratubular ocasiona liberacion de PGs y vasodilatadores aumento de flujo renal 40%  disminucion de FSG altera la perfusion de las nefronas.
