Carry blood from the heart and lunges. There are 4 pairs of arteries in the foot. First stage of blood circulation

Nerves

Sensory and Motor nerves. Sensory send messages to the brain, motor nerve send messages from the brain to the muscle.

Only sensory nerves are present below the carpus or tarsal joints
