Blood & Honey

DRAFT. Revolver Brewing (Granbury, TX). American wheat ale brewed with blood orange peel and Texas honey. ~7% ABV — the strongest thing on our draft wall. Best-seller in DFW; hazy, citrusy, easy-drinking but sneaky strong.

Blue Moon

DRAFT. Belgian-style witbier, ~5.4% ABV. Cloudy, orange-and-coriander. Serve with an orange slice. Also on the non-alcoholic list as a 0.0.

Coors (Banquet)

DRAFT. Classic American lager, ~5% ABV. "The Banquet Beer." Also in bottles/cans.

Dallas Blonde

DRAFT. Deep Ellum Brewing Co. (Dallas, TX). Blonde ale, ~5.4% ABV. Light, crisp, local — good first pour for someone who says "something light but not a light beer."

Dos Equis

DRAFT. Mexican lager, ~4.2% ABV. Also in bottles/cans — ask which they want.

Guinness

DRAFT. Irish dry stout, ~4.2% ABV. Nitro pour: dark, roasty, creamy head. Lower ABV than people expect. Note it's spelled "Guiness" on our board — one N.

Half-Life IPA

DRAFT. Manhattan Project Beer Company (Dallas, TX). Hazy IPA — juicy, citrus/tropical, low bitterness. Our only IPA. Local.

Miller Lite

DRAFT. American light lager, ~4.2% ABV, 96 calories. Also in bottles/cans.

Shiner

DRAFT. Spoetzl Brewery (Shiner, TX) — Shiner Bock, a dark American lager, ~4.4% ABV. Looks dark, drinks light. The most-asked-for Texas beer.

Guinness (Irish dry stout). Shiner Bock is dark-colored but it's a lager, not a stout.

What is Jas Paloma?

A non-alcoholic canned paloma (grapefruit-lime). The NA option that actually feels like a cocktail.

Why do we stock Mexican Coke and Mexican Squirt?

They're cane-sugar sodas in glass bottles. Squirt is also the classic grapefruit mixer for a paloma.

Which beers are on BOTH draft and bottle/can?
