  1. Above the ribbon, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar down arrow. (If the Quick Access Toolbar is not visible, go to File > Options> Quick Access Toolbar and check the box to Show Quick Access Toolbar, and select the Toolbar Position as Above Ribbon.)

Save as type: Web Page (*.htm, *.html)

  1. Under Save: select Publish.

  2. In the Publish as Web Page dialog box, select All Contents of Rooms.

  3. Click Publish
