To: Gluteal tuberosity, linea aspera (adductor part), medial supracondylar ridge & adductor tubercle of the femur (hamstring part)

Action of Adductor Magnus

Adducts, flexes (adductor part) & extends (hamstring part) hip

Innervation of Adductor Magnus

Obturator Nerve (adductor part) & tibial division of the sciatic nerve (hamstring part)

Gracilis

Attachment of Gracilis

From: Body of the pubis & inferior pubic ramus

To: Medial surface of the tibia, distal to condyle, proximal to insertion of semitendinous, lateral to insertion of sartorius

Action of Gracilis

Flexes & medially rotates the knee, adducts hip

From: Ischial tuberosity & sacrotuberous ligament (long head); lateral lip of linea aspera & lateral supracondylar line (short head)

To: Lateral side of fibular head

Action of Biceps Femoris

Flexes and laterally rotates the knee (both heads) & extends hip (long head only)

Innervation of Biceps Femoris

Tibial division of sciatic nerve (long head); fibular division of the sciatic nerve (short head)
