اذا كنت تصف بها النشاط حركي فهي غير معدودة

1. We only use a/an when you’re talking about one specific exercice

1. Playing sports is good way to get physical exercise

2. I want to do physical exercise ( in genral

3. I want to do a physical exercise to strengthen my back (one specific exercice)

4. We say i want to do exercise not make exercice
