Meta-analysis
A statistical technique that combines and analyzes the results from multiple independent studies on the same research question to provide a powerful summary of the overall truth
Positive skew
Tail is in the positive—outlier scores are pulling the data in a positive direction—median is BELOW the mean
Negative skew
Tail is in the negative—low scores are pulling the data—median is ABOVE the mean
