Inner Voice
An internal mental thought process that does not always have to be critical, but can be taught to whisper encouraging words and serve as one's biggest cheerleader.
Fixed Mindset Belief
A restrictive belief that holds an individual back by assuming their traits, skills, or abilities are static and unchangeable.
Growth Mindset Belief
An expansive mindset that replaces fixed, limiting beliefs by recognizing that skills and intelligence can be developed through effort and active transformation.
Reflection Prompt 1 (Inner Voice)
What is my inner voice? What is their name and personality? What is my relationship with my inner voice? Do I like my inner voice, or do I want them to change?
Reflection Prompt 2 (Strengths)
What are five things I am really good at? How can I improve and become better at these things?
