Aerobic exercise
Physical exercise of low to high intensity that depends on the aerobic energy generating process and refers to the use of oxygen to properly meet energy demands during exercise.
Physical Exercise
Any body movement that works your muscles and requires more energy than resting.
Flexibility exercises
Exercises, such as stretching, that improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
Anaerobic exercises
Physical movement without consumption of too much air or oxygen, such as weight training, functional training, eccentric training, sprinting, and high-intensity interval training, that increase short-term muscle strength.
