Your natural strength and ability that you can develop and use to be successful.
Get to Know Yourself
Closely examine yourself and identify your strengths, interests, and values.
What are you interest and passions.

What is important to you.
What kind of a person are you.
Set Goals
Plan how you are going to develop your potential by setting goals.
Media
The means of communication that reach large numbers of people such as the radio, movies, newspapers, etc.
Positive Self Talk
Speaking to yourself as if you are your own best friend.
Culture
How you and your family see the world, how you behave, what you wear, what you eat, and what language you speak.
Peers
People your age.
Self Concept
Your own idea of who you are; how you see yourself and what you think of yourself.
Self Motivation
The ability to commit to meeting a goal because it is something you want to do.
Fear (External Motivation)
Doing something because you are worried of being punished.
Reward (External Motivation)
Doing something because you want the price that comes along.
Family
Your relatives such as your parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
