Person Process Context (PPC) model

A model of self-directed learning proposed by Hiemstra and Brockett ($2012$) used to understand optimal circumstances for learning through three key elements: person, process, and context.

Process

An element of the PPC model that involves the actual teaching and learning interaction, including learning skills and styles as well as planning, organizing, and evaluating abilities.
