Teamwork
Two or more people coordinating their contributions and working toward achieving a common goal.
Clear Purpose
A characteristic of an effective team where members understand why the team exists and share in accomplishments of goals.
Team Process & Priorities
A characteristic of an effective team where members are clear on what needs to be done next, by whom, and by when.
Team Member Roles
A characteristic of an effective team where members know their roles, complete their own tasks, seek assistance from others, and give assistance to others as required.
Conflict Resolution (in Effective Teams)
The process where conflicts and disagreements are openly resolved by examining the reasons for the conflict or disagreement and seeking out resolutions.
Constructive Criticism
Criticism focused on ways of removing obstacles and maintaining high performance standards instead of being directed at team members.
Stewardship
Taking good care of something you value.
Needs
Something you must have for survival.
Wants
Something that you would like to have, but it's not necessary and you could do without it.
Community Contributions
Ways everyone can contribute to their community: Time, Talent, and Treasure.
