What is the original source of paper?

Wood pulp (grey in colour)

How does the wood pulp colour change to become whiter during the manufacture process?

Bleaches are added to the wood pulp

Why are paper and boards environmentally-friendly materials?

•Because their natural source makes them suitable for recycling (environmentally-friendly)
•Also if they are left in landfill they will naturally biodegrade (environmentally-friendly)
