Amendment 1

Protects freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government.

Amendment 2

Grants the right to keep and bear arms.

Protects against unreasonable searches and seizures; requires a warrant.

Amendment 5

Guarantees due process, protection against self-incrimination and double jeopardy; includes eminent domain.
