SJS or anaphylaxis to beta-lactams, hepatotoxicity, increased liver function tests, Jaundice or hepatic disfunction, renal impairment and hemodialysis (ER only).

Report abnormal diarrhea, finish all unless otherwise instructed, store susp. properly, stop and report if reaction occur, may cause rash or N/V/D. Augmentin - W/ food
