Professionalism
Conducting oneself so as to bring credit upon the Corps, the military service, and the country, and not using one's grade or position for pleasure, profit, or personal safety.
Loyalty
Commitment to seniors, peers, and subordinates alike.
Integrity and Moral Courage
Core traits that a noncommissioned officer will never compromise.
Officer-NCO Relationship
Ensuring officers of the unit have maximum time to accomplish their duties by not having them accomplish those of the NCO.
