means being able to recognize your own emotions, thoughts, and actions. It helps you understand how your internal state affects how you treat others and how you react to different situations
self acceptance
works hand-inhand with self-awareness. While awareness helps you recognize who you are, acceptance helps you embrace that reality. This means acknowledging your strengths as well as your weaknesses without being overly critical.

The Thought-Feeling-Behavior Cycle
One useful framework to understand this process is the thought–feeling–behavior cycle. This model explains how our inner thoughts influence emotions, which in turn drive our behavior. Consider the following example:

● Behavior: avoids studying or skips class

career and vocational domain
These two can be explained together because they both concern your preparation for work and your future livelihood.
Career is broader. It refers to your long-term direction in working life—the profession or career path you may pursue. Vocational is more focused on practical work skills, occupations, and preparing to perform specific jobs or tasks
workplace readiness
refers to the skills and behaviors that make an individual capable of thriving professionally. Responsible behavior is a key component of workplace readiness.
digital domain
This is about how you use technology, social media, and digital spaces responsibly.
This is especially important for students because a significant part of their communication, learning, entertainment, and social interaction happens online.
