A type of criminal intent that is unintentional.

General intent

A type of criminal intent where the individual knew and disregarded the consequences.

Aggression

Intentional behavior aimed at causing physical or psychological pain

Indirect aggression

Attempting to hurt someone without face to face contact

Direct aggression

Intended to hurt another face to face

Emotional aggression

Aggression stemming from emotional outburst

Instrumental aggression

Aggression used as a tool of purpose; hence the name “Instrument”
