Ahlus Sunnah Beliefs
Certainty in Allah's existence, accepting the Quran and authentic prophetic teachings, and believing in Allah's names and attributes.
Allah's Attributes
Allah created Adam with His hands, His hands are extended, and He is above His throne without specifying how.
Allah's Actions
Allah owns His creation and acts according to His will, and no one can question His actions.
Quran
The speech of Allah, not a creation, preserved and recited but not created.
Allah's Knowledge
No one can hide from Allah's knowledge, and His knowledge cannot be changed.
Imaan
Belief, speech, and actions; it increases with obedience and decreases with sinning.
Tawheed and Sins
A person firm on Tawheed is not considered a disbeliever for committing sins, as long as they pray and believe in Tawheed.
Islam
Outward actions demonstrating submission to Allah, necessary for judging someone as a Muslim.
Intercession (Shafa'a)
The Prophet's intercession for Muslim sinners and various forms of intercession to elevate people in Jannah or lessen punishment.
Scale (Al-Mizan)
A scale to measure good and bad deeds on the Day of Judgment.
Reckoning
Individuals will be questioned about their life, lifespan, wealth, knowledge, and youth.
Grave Punishment
Punishment in the grave is true, as mentioned in authentic narrations.
