What is ANSI and why is it important in laser safety?
ANSI defines the hazard level of a laser system and the safety controls required.
What is the difference between the biggest responsibility and the top safety issue in laser practice?
Biggest responsibility: proper credentials, licensing, and training. Top safety issue: always wearing ocular protection for both client and aesthetician.

R = Refractions; occurs when the energy of incoming light waves matches the natural vibration frequency of electrons in the material.

The time between the leading and trailing edges (half-power points) of a laser pulse.
