To cultivate a disciplined, centered on values, and responsible academic community where every student demonstrates integrity, respect, accountability, and self-discipline, promoting peace, respect, excellence, values formation, and transformational growth.

Mission of POD

The Office of the Prefect of Discipline is committed to nurturing students through preventive, restorative, and values-driven discipline that promotes character formation, personal responsibility, and academic excellence.

In partnership with parents, teachers, and the university community, the office seeks to uphold the values: Instill Respect and Order, Cultivate Positive Conduct, Administer Fair and Restorative Discipline, Reinforce Responsible Citizenship, and Encourage Collaborative Engagement.

Promote a culture of respect, order, and accountability within the school community.

C - Cultivate Positive Conduct

Encourage positive behavior through guidance, mentoring, and timely intervention.

Implement fair and compassionate disciplinary measures anchored on restorative principles.

R - Reinforce Responsible Citizenship
