AST (aspartate Aminotransferase)

Liver , 10-40U/L, elevated with liver injury/disease

ALT (Alanine aminotransferase)

liver, 7-56U/L, most specific for hepatocellular injury

Alkaline phosphatase (ALP)

Liver/bile , 40-130 U/L, elevated in liver or biliary disease

Total bilirubin

liver, 0.1-1.2 mg/dL, high impairment liver clearance (jaundice, cirrhosis)

Albumin

liver(synthesis), 3.5-5g/dL, lower levels reduce protein binding (> arrow ) (^ arrow) free drug levels/toxicity risk
