Policy availability for duty
On reserve days, a FA must answer the call and report to work within 2 hours. A first call is issued, followed by a second one 15 minutes later. If no answer, it will be marked as absent.
A FA is also responsible for her schedule; he or she has to keep up with any modification of the schedule through the ecrew app.

A flight bag inside which will find the followings: FAM, toiletries, flashlight, extra pair of clean uniform, qualification card, dangerous goods card, first aid cad
What should be carried always around you
a lanyard with company id and RAIC.
Outside of works these should NOT be visible or TC can fine you.

How are the briefings conducted
Briefings happen before each flight day or flight assignment. These take place in the a/c or at a designated place no later than 30 minutes before the flight.
