Sign of the Cross

Doxology
Otherwise known as the Glory Be to the Father.
Act of Contrition
A prayer expressing sorrow for sins, the intention to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid what leads to sin, through the mercy of Jesus Christ.
Consubstantial
A term in the Nicene Creed describing the relationship between the Son and the Father, meaning he is begotten, not made, and of the same substance.
Incarnate
The process by which the Son, by the Holy Spirit, was born of the Virgin Mary and became man.

First Great Commandment
