A list of all 20 canonical amino acids (in L-form). Designed to help memorize the structures and names. The structures do not accounts for pH. All amino acid will be written in the form: Name (3 Letter, 1 Letter: pK1, pK2, pKR if available). Most amino acids have pK1 (-COOH) range around 2.1-2.4 and pK2 (-NH3+) range around 9.1-9.7.
