POHELP
A PO needs immediate help.

Calls with PH2 location, no voice contact made but clear sounds of distress heard.

911 Calls where the caller gives the location verbally and disconnects the line.
KEY: Have to be given location.
UNKF
911 Calls where the caller gives the location verbally and needs fire but nothing additional and disconnects the line.
EMS
Caller gives location and needs medical but disconnects before we have enough information for a protocol type/code.
988TRANS
Mental health crisis transferred to 988 where no police/fire response is needed.
ADV
Calls that require no police/fire/medical response but still need to be documented.
APO
Calls from an officer requesting information, ie Address hx, jurisdiction check, etc.
FDRILL
Used when a business or school calls to advise they are conducting a fire drill.
Call-Taker with get TIME and DURATION of the DRILL and ask if they will call back when drill is completed.
INFO
Information broadcasts for CPD, ie. Road Closures, Traffic Light Outages, etc.
Do not use for street light outages.
MEDIA
Calls from media.
Always advise them to CONTACT THE PIO then document the call.
RALARM
Robbery Apprehension Alarm/RAP alarm that can be set for a crime scene targeted location. An automated message will play through the radio at PCO4 stating the RAP alarm number and location.

Special Details.
HAMCO: HC# and log using LT command. (Include officer name, address, name of detail, the units HRS, PO badge #, and phone #). - start at 1,2,3,4100
