Kids – 120 Normal - 140 Extra Hot- 170 Extra Extra Hot - 190
What do you do immediately after you are done steaming the milk?
Wipe off the steam wand with a rag
What do you do to the milk before pouring?
Swirl to polish the foam... tap on the counter if needed
What should great milk look like?
Paint! With no big bubbles
What buttons on the espresso machine do you push to pull shots?
Any of the middle 3 buttons

Put a tiny pitcher underneath

Steam a couple ounces of milk like a cap until it changes noise. Pull the shots. And then do 3
scoops of foam on top. Serve it in the espresso cup with a saucer and spoon!
