TAGE MAGE
A selection tool for management studies created in 1996 that evaluates verbal, calculatory, and logical aptitudes in 3 domains: comprehension/expression, arithmetic problem solving, and reasoning/argumentation.
FNEGE
The Fondation Nationale pour l’Enseignement de la Gestion des Entreprises, the organization that manages the TAGE component of the admission test.
MAGE
A test developed by emlyon business school and used by the Grandes Ecoles de Gestion members of the CIAM (Centre International d’Admission aux Etudes de Management).
Questionnaire Choix Multiples (QCM)
The format of the TAGE MAGE test, consisting of 90 total questions with 5 possible answers each, of which only one is correct.

Sub-test 4: Conditions minimales
An assessment of the relevance of information for problem solving, requiring the candidate to determine if two statements (1) and (2) provide sufficient data.
Sub-test 5: Expression
An evaluation of the ability to understand verbal messages and find reformulations that preserve synonymy, clarity, and linguistic correctness.
Sub-test 6: Logique
A test assessing inferential reasoning through series of spatial data, letters, and numbers to identify underlying logical rules.

Patrimonial model of culture
A cultural conception where culture is viewed as hereditary wealth composed of monuments and documents to be preserved, relating to "having" more than "being."

A concept where culture functions like an organism that evolves and tolerates variations as long as they do not threaten its health level or "tolerance thresholds."

A model defined as a constant confrontation of antagonistic currents, interactions, and unit that is simultaneously plural and contradictory.

An invention from 1988 that allows the infinite amplification of DNA regions using the thermophilic enzyme Taq polym)rase.

An extr)mophile enzyme isolated from the bacterium Thermusaquaticus, utilized for medical diagnostics and fundamental biological research.
Normes (Standards)
Technical reference documents with strict rules designed to facilitate the exchange of products or repetitive services between professionals and consumers.
