MOTOR CAR INSURANCE
An insurance against loss, damage, and/or liability incurred by the insured resulting from accident arising from the ownership and operation of his motor vehicle.
PRIVATE CAR (MOTOR CAR INSURANCE)
used for social, domestic, and pleasure purposes, and for the insured's bušiness or profession (Sedan, Lancer, Auto, Hatcher, Jeep owner type not for hire, Wagon, SUV, Van, Pick-up, Multicabs)
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE (MOTOR CAR INSURANCE)
Used mainly for business purposes. • CV Heavy Truck type (Dropside, Dumptruck, 6Wheelers, Trailer)
MOTORCYCLE (MOTOR CAR INSURANCE)
A two wheeled automobile vehicle having one to two saddle.
LAND TRANSPORTATION OPERATORS (LTO) (MOTOR CAR INSURANCE)
A motor vehicle used to transport passengers for a fee or compensation. (Taxi, PUV, PUJ, Jeep, Tricycle)
COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (CTPL) (Coverage available in motor car policy)
An insurance against liability for death or bodily injury of third parties arising from motor vehicle accidents resulting from fault/negligence of the assured or any authorized driver while driving the insured vehicle.
VOLUNTARY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY - BODILY INJURY (VTPL-BI) (Coverage available in motor car policy)
Provides coverage similar to that of the cpl, in excess of what is required by law.
VOLUNTARY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY - PROPERTY DAMAGE (VTPL-PD) (Coverage available in motor car policy)
Protects the assured against third party liability he/she might incur for damage to property of others as a result of the use or operation of his vehicle.
OWN DAMAGE & THEFT (OD/THEFT) (Coverage available in motor car policy)
An insurance protection against accidental loss or damage to the insured's own vehicle.
EXTENDED PERILS/AOG/ MARINE (Coverage available in motor car policy)
Provide protection against perils not included in the standard motor car policies. Flood, typhoon, hurricane, volcanic eruption & earthquake (FTHVEE) strikes riot and civil commotion (SRCC), Inter-island transit for motorcar vehicle.
UNNAMED PASSENGER PERSONAL ACCIDENT (UPPA) (Coverage available in motor car policy)
Provides indemnity for accidental death, disablement, and medical expenses to occupants riding in, boarding in, or alighting out of the insured vehicle.
FIRE INSURANCE
It protects against loss or damage due to fire &/or lighting. It covers your Homes and Business Establishments.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
A form of insurance which provides monetary compensation for death or bodily injury arising from accidental, violent, external and visible mean. It is available groups, family, students and passengers.
MARINE INSURANCE
Covers loss or damage to goods, ships, and terminals during transit by sea, air, or land.
MARINE HULL INSURANCE (MARINE INSURANCE)
It is an insurance covering passengers or cargo vessels, including insurance while these vessels are undergoing repairs or construction or during a certain voyage.

CONTRACTORS ALL RISK INSURANCE (CARI)
Covers structural construction of buildings, and civil engineering projects during construction against accident resulting in loss or damage or destruction of materials, work in progress, and construction plant and equipment and construction machinery.
PROPERTY FLOATER INSURANCE
Movable properties which are commonly known as Mobile Equipment, Heavy Equipment or Contactors Equipment that are not running through the National Highway regularly such as: Cranes, Backhoes, Bulldozers, Caterpillars, Generator Sets and similar related equipment. All machineries and equipment including vehicles stationed in one particular project like compressors and special equipment.

NATURE OF COVER: It covers all risks direct physical loss/damage from external causes such as: (FIRE EXPLOSION, ACCIDENTAL COLLISION, AND OVERTURNING CONSEQUENT UPON MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN.
COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
It protects the insured against his legal liabilities in connection with his business affairs.
BODILY INJURY (COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE)
It covers the insured against legal liabilities he incurs causing injury for damage to others (including death and to other person caused by accident and arising out of any of the hazards insured against.
PROPERTY DAMAGE (COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE)
It covers the insured against the legal liabilities he incurs for damage to others property including its loss of use caused by accident and arising out of the hazards insured against.
BONDS
An agreement whereby a party called the SURETY, for a consideration, guarantees the performance of the other party called the PRINCIPAL or OBLIGOR of an obligation or undertaking in favor of a third called the OBLIGEE.
BIDDER'S BOND (Bonds)
It guarantees that if the Principal will win in the bid, he shall enter into a contact with the Obligee and shall subsequently post a Performance Bond.
PERFORMANCE BOND (Bonds)
It guarantees that the Principal will perform the obligations set forth in the Principal Contract.
ADVANCE PAYMENT'S BOND (Bonds)
Guarantees the payment of the labor employed and materials used in the completion of the project/contract.
GUARANTEE/PERFORMANCE BOND (Bonds)
Undertakes to guarantee the correction or repair of any hidden defects in the materials and workmanship used by the contractor in the project, becoming evident or found within one year from the date of final acceptance of the project.
JUDICIAL BONDS (Bonds)
Are those that are required in Judicial Proceedings, civil or criminal, instituted in the Court of Justice.

Bond that construction contractors, supply and Delivery contractors and service contractors are required to file as guarantee for the performance of their contracts with government or private parties.
