Converse

of a conditional statement is formed by reversing the hypothesis and conclusion. For example, if the original statement is "If P, then Q," the converse is "If Q, then P."

Inverse

of a conditional statement is created by negating both the hypothesis and conclusion. For example, if the original statement is "If P, then Q," the inverse is "If not P, then not Q."

Contrapositive

of a conditional statement is formed by negating both the hypothesis and conclusion and reversing their order. For example, if the original statement is "If P, then Q," the contrapositive is "If not Q, then not P."
