Belatacept (Nulojix) 250 mg, every 28 days

anti-rejection/immunosuppression (An IV medication that suppresses T-cell activity to help prevent transplant rejection)

Ezetimibe 10 mg, 1× daily

high cholesterol

Scopolamine 1 mg, every 3 days

Nausea / motion sickness

Clopidogrel 75 mg, 1× daily

antiplatelet (prevents blood clots; used after a stent, stroke, heart attack, or certain vascular conditions)

Magnesium oxide 400 mg

Replaces magnesium when blood levels are low. This can occur in people taking certain medications or after transplantation.

Febuxostat 40 mg

Alfuzosin 10 mg

relaxes smooth muscle around the bladder neck and urethra. In a female patient, it may therefore be prescribed off-label for difficulty emptying the bladder
