Perspective
The speaker's point of view or standpoint on a topic, shaped by personal experiences, culture, beliefs, and values.
Attitude
The speaker's feelings or emotions toward the subject being discussed, which can be positive, negative, neutral, or mixed, and influences the tone of communication.
Assumptions
The speaker's beliefs taken for granted—things accepted as true without proof—which can be conscious or unconscious and affect how messages are framed.
Social communication
The way people use language, gestures, facial expressions, and body language to interact with others in everyday situations.
Cultural communication
The way people share information, ideas, and values based on their cultural background, encompassing language, customs, traditions, gestures, tone, body language, and social rules.
Mano
An act in Filipino culture that serves as a way of showing respect to elders.
Inclusive discourse
A way of communicating where everyone feels respected, valued, and heard, regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity, ensuring no one is left out.
Ethical discourse
A way of communicating that follows the principles of honesty, respect, fairness, and responsibility, expressing ideas and opinions in a way that does not harm others.
