If the cuff is not inflated all the way = risk for things to enter airway, will see change in capnograph. Though, it is more likely you will see this in recovery as the animal will cough and have a difficult time breathing post anesthesia

If you did not lube eyes = positioning may cause eyes to rub on table/blanket. Suspect this if owners say eyes look "cloudy" after surgery
