The new technologies like the gun and steamship were created in the industrial revolution and they helped like for example to get on boat and on in the rivers Africa.

Because little countries would fight and then when a country with a new alliance fought they’re allied countries would get involved. For example when Austria-Hungry attacked Serbia they allied countries joined.
