Some respondents were worried that it would be an incomplete representation of multi- system effects and imply irrelevance after menopause. However, it was preferred over reproductive because respondents felt that it reduced stigma in certain regions. Furthermore, “ovarian” encompasses endocrine, follicular, and ovulatory disturbances whereas “ovary” and “ovulatory” does not
