Proverbs 3:31

Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.

Deuteronomy 28:29,33

And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind growth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee. \n \n The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

Sirach 7:7

Offend not against the multitude of a city, and then thou shalt not cast thyself down among the people.

Sirach 35:13

He will not accept any person against a poor man, but will hear the prayer of the oppressed.

Jeremiah 50:33

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The children of Israel and the children of Judah were oppressed together: and all that took them captives held them fast; they refused to let them go.
