Self Control

Temperance, rational restraint of natural impulses

Fruits of the Holy Spirit

The outward signs of our reception of the gifts; found in Galatians 5:22; Catholic tradition lists 12 fruits.

Courage

The strength to do what is right, even when it is difficult or scary.

Wisdom

The ability to know what is truly important and make good choices based on God’s truth.

Knowledge

Understanding God, His teachings, and how to live according to them.

Understanding

The ability to understand the meaning of God’s teachings and how they apply to our lives.

Front: Reverence

Deep respect and honor for God and the things that belong to Him.

Front: Counsel

The ability to know the right thing to do and make good decisions.

Front: Fear of the Lord

Respect and awe for God that helps us avoid sin and choose what is right
