These are connections or interactions between individuals that involve communication, emotional attachment, trust, and shared experiences. These relationships help people feel a sense of belonging, love, and acceptance, which are essential for personal growth — especially during adolescence.
It helps adolescents become effective followers by teaching cooperation and respect. An example of this is when students in a school organization learn to follow directions, cooperate, and build trust-showing effective followership.
