Holistic Health
Holistic health is an approach to wellness that focuses on the whole person rather than just individual symptoms. It considers how physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being are connected. This approach combines traditional medical treatment with healthy lifestyles changes to address the underlying causes of illness and promote overall well-being.
The cycle of mental health
The cycle of mental health is the way our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences can affect each other over time. When we experience stress or negative emotions, they can influence how we think and act, which may then affect our mental well-being. Positive habits, support, and healthy coping strategies can help break negative cycles and improve mental health

Exercise: it temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. It may also have long-term benefits for people with depression. Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways.
Eating healthy: there is no magic diet that fixes depression. It's a good idea to watch what you eat, though. If depression tends to make you overeat, getting in control of your eating will help you feel better.
Get enough sleep: Depression can make it hard to get enough sleep, and too little sleep can make depression worse. What can you do? start by making some changes to your lifestyle. go to bed and get up at the same time, every day. try not to nap. Take all the distractions out of your room.
