HG Sply Co. Mission
To prioritize protein by scrutinizing every ingredient, removing seed oils, using intentional sweeteners, and sourcing high-quality proteins.
Approved Cooking Oils
Coconut oil is used for frying, while olive oil and avocado oil are used for all recipes and general cooking.
Intentional Sweeteners
Limited use of least refined options: Local Honey, Maple Syrup, Molasses, and Organic Agave (Turbinado is used for burger buns only).
HG Cashew Queso
A house-made vegan queso with a creamy cashew and coconut milk base loaded with veggies, served with tortilla chips and smashed avocado.
Cochinita Nachos
