Open Switch Symbol
A circuit symbol representing a single pole switch in an open state, which prevents current from flowing through the circuit.

Closed Switch Symbol
A circuit symbol representing a single pole switch in a closed state, which allows current to flow through the circuit.

Normally Closed Switch
A momentary switch whose contacts remain connected (closed) in its default resting state and open when activated.

Normally Open Switch
A momentary switch whose contacts remain disconnected (open) in its default resting state and close when activated.

Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR)
A four-layer solid-state semiconductor device that controls current flow and functions as a controllable switch triggered by a gate signal.

Light Emitting Diode (LED)
A semiconductor diode that emits light when electric current flows through it in the forward direction.

NPN Transistor Symbol
A schematic symbol for a bipolar junction transistor featuring an emitter arrow pointing outward away from the base terminal.

PNP Transistor Symbol
A schematic symbol for a bipolar junction transistor featuring an emitter arrow pointing inward toward the base terminal.
2N3906
A standard PNP bipolar junction transistor commonly used for low-power switching and amplification applications.
2N2222
A standard NPN bipolar junction transistor widely used for general-purpose switching and amplification.

Diode Symbol
A circuit symbol representing a two-terminal semiconductor device that allows current to flow primarily in one direction, from anode to cathode.

Integrated Circuit (IC) Symbol
A circuit diagram representation of a semiconductor chip that integrates multiple electronic components into a single package, specifying pin functions and locations.

Capacitor Symbol
A circuit symbol for a component that stores electrical energy in an electric field, represented by parallel lines indicating polarity and terminals.

Power MOSFET Symbol
A schematic symbol representing a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor engineered to handle high current and voltage levels.

Variable Resistor Symbol
A circuit symbol depicting a resistor whose electrical resistance can be manually adjusted.

Photo Diode Symbol
A schematic symbol for a semiconductor diode that converts light energy into electric current, indicated by arrows pointing toward the diode symbol.

Zener Diode Symbol
A schematic symbol for a diode designed to conduct current backwards when a specific reverse breakdown voltage is reached, identified by bent ends on the cathode line.

NPN Phototransistor Symbol
A circuit symbol for a light-sensitive NPN transistor where incident light on the base region regulates current flow between collector and emitter.

Resistor Symbol
A schematic symbol drawn as a zig-zag line, representing a component that limits or regulates the flow of electrical current in a circuit.
