Rhetorical Triangle
Effective persuasion demands formulating arguments along three types of appeals, also called ___.
Each point on the triangle corresponds to one of three kinds of persuasive appeals that ancient rhetorician name logos (logical appeal), pathos (emotional appeal) and ethos (appeal to credibility of the person conveying the message).

Rhetorical appeals
There are times when we want other people to adopt our ideas; thus we communicate with them to discuss the good points or the advantages of our idea.
By doing this, we try to change their views or perceptions or even the way they do things.
Writing persuasive essay aims to convince the reader of the author’s point.
