  3. Check neck- disformities? tenderness? bleeding? JVD? tracheal deviation?

  4. apply c- collar while partner maintains c-spine

  5. roll patient on unijured side and check back

  6. lower onto backboard on the count of the head holder

    1. adjust as necessary

  7. secure body straps and secure head bed

    1. hips, nips, thighs

  8. PMS
