What is Spirituality

Spirituality is typically thought of as something that lies deep within us and is connected with our personal beliefs, values, and culture.

Spirituality is experienced at a deeply personal level and provides a framework for understanding all that happens in our lives

When personal beliefs, values, emotions, life activities, experiences, and relational networks align consistently, they affirm the wholeness of life and give a sense of well-being.

When the different facitis of spirituality align, they give us peace and wholeness.

Spirituality can also be that nagging thought or sense of concern that 'something is missing,' This is how our spirituality becomes energy for change and contributes to restoring peace in our lives and the world.

They decide to spend time alone in nature, sitting quietly by a lake and focusing on the beauty and peacefulness around them.
