Newton's 1st Law
An object at rest will remain at rest and an object in motion will remain in motion, unless acted on by an unbalanced force.
Also called the "Law of inertia"

Inertia
The tendency of an object to resist any change in motion
-resistencia al cambio en el movimiento. (1 ª Ley de Newton)

Newton's 2nd Law
Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass.

Force
a push or pull on an object; measured in Newtons (N)
-Un empujón o un tirón

Mass
The amount of material/matter in an object
Friction
A force that opposes or slows down motion

Gravity
A force that always attracts or pulls objects toward each other without direct contact or impact
-(física), la fuerza de atracción entre todas las masas en el universo. Es lo que atrae a la tierra.

Newton's 3rd Law
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Balanced forces
Equal forces acting in opposite directions causing no change in motion

Unbalanced forces
forces not equal in size that cause the motion or direction of an object to change

net force
the sum of all forces acing on an object.

Newton's First Law Of Motion
An object at rest will remain at rest and an object in motion will remain in motion, unless acted on by an unbalanced force.
Also called the "Law of inertia"
Un objeto en reposo permanece en reposo y un objeto en movimiento permanece en movimiento a velocidad constante y en línea recta a menos que actúe sobre él una fuerza desequilibrada.-
Newton's Second Law Of Motion
Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass.
La aceleración de un objeto depende de la masa del objeto y la cantidad de fuerza aplicada.
Newton's Third Law Of Motion
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Por cada acción hay una reacción igual y opuesta.
