The 4-Step Touch Formula
A linear process created by Lloyd Lester designed to catapult a partner's level of desire and successfully initiate sex.
Step 1: Uncomfortable Positive Touch
A technique used to jar a partner out of their current state (such as being tired) using intense stimuli like pressure, tickling, or long eye contact.
Step 2: Danger Stranger
Creating a natural spark through novelty, unpredictability, and dominance to keep a partner intrigued and curious.
Step 3: Grab 'Em By The…
Asserting dominance and claiming the partner's body physically, based on the theory that women respond strongly to status and assertive energy.
Step 4: Execution
The delivery of physical payoff where the focus is on giving pleasure, taking time, and not rushing the sexual encounter.
Uncomfortable (Contextual)
Referring to touches that jar a partner out of their current state rather than meeting them in a low-energy or tired state.
Positive (Contextual)
Touches that are stimulating and arousing without causing actual agony or negative emotional costs like anger.
Green Light
Physical signals from a partner, such as pressing or thrusting her hips into you, indicating she is ready for release.
Sexual Imagination
The mental game of sex that is activated through the first three steps of the formula before physical payoff occurs.
The 3-Time Rule
The instruction not to retreat during initiation until a partner shuts down energy at least 3 times in a row.
Status and Dominance
The primary traits the text claims women respond to, as opposed to men who primarily respond to physical beauty.
Novelty
The element of excitement and 'Danger Stranger' energy that prevents sex from becoming a predictable or boring routine.
