Difference between bile and dh20

Bile acts as an experimental variable used to emulsify lipids and dh20 is used as a negative control to maintain equal volume.

Keeps the ph scale stable because it resists change in the ph when acids or bases are added. Important because a lot of biochemical reactions work in certain ph ranges.
