Americano

A double shot espresso (60ml) with hot water (approx 120ml) added to it.

Affogato

A scoop of ice cream, gelato, or custard with a shot of espresso (30ML) on top.

Black eye

Drip coffee with a double shot of espresso, characterized by a long taste.

Breve

A cortado made with half and half, containing a double shot of espresso (60ml) and 60ml steamed half and half.

Cafe au Lait

Traditionally French coffee prepared with equal parts steamed milk and drip coffee.

Cafe Bombon

Espresso served with sweetened condensed milk in a 1:1 ratio.

Cafe con Panno

Espresso with a dollop of whipped cream.

Cafe Miel

A drink with espresso, steamed milk, cinnamon, and honey, also known as Boston Latte.

Cappuccino

A beverage made with 60 ml of steamed milk poured into a double shot of espresso, topped with 60 ml of milk foam.

Cortado

Espresso (30ml) served with (30ml) warm milk, typically in a small tumbler.

Chai

Chai concentrate steamed with milk.

Doppio

The standard double shot of espresso (60ml) served in a demitasse.

Dirty Chai

Chai concentrate steamed with milk and 2 shots of espresso.

Espresso

A single shot or double shot of espresso.

Flat White

A double shot of espresso (60ml) with (120ml) steamed milk and no foam.

Gibraltar

A type of cortado served in a specific glass.

Latte

A beverage made with 180-300ml steamed milk and a double shot of espresso, typically containing some foam.

London fog

A 1:1 ratio of steamed half and half with Earl Grey tea and sweetened with vanilla syrup.

Long Black

(120ml) of hot water with a double shot of espresso (60ml) poured on top.

Lungo

A shot that uses 2x as much water and the same amount of coffee as normal espresso.

Macchiato

A single shot of espresso (30ml) marked with a small amount of foam.

Mocha

A combination of espresso and steamed milk with chocolate syrup/powder, topped with whipped cream.

Steamer (Babyccino)

A foamy cup of frothed milk without coffee or added sugar.
