Motivation

The principle that there is an optimal level of arousal for performance.
Self-Efficacy
A belief in one’s capability to complete a task, influencing goal setting and motivation.
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
A theory that categorizes human needs into a hierarchy, from basic physiological needs to self-actualization.
