A movement sequence where the dancer collapses

where the dancer extends their arms outward in alignment with the direction of the lunge.
Contraction Release
A technique involving a contraction of the torso (pulling inwards) followed by a release (letting go or extending), often used to explore the dynamics of tension and relaxation.
Flat Back with Contraction and Release
often to emphasize the contrast between a static and dynamic posture.
Slide Left Foot Across Right, Arms in 3rd Position
A movement where the dancer slides their left foot across the right while positioning the arms in the 3rd position, which typically involves one arm raised and the other lower

A movement where the dancer slowly lifts and extends one leg to the right while maintaining a controlled and elegant motion.

A sequence where the dancer takes two walking steps followed by a melting or collapsing movement into a lower position.
